Duration Egress Easy Clean with Restrictor

Available as a standard 84°–88° egress easy-clean friction stay, with the option to upgrade with an integrated restrictor.
Features a unique patented restrictor design with automatic engagement, which can be released to allow full 84°–88° opening.
Restrictor can be fitted/removed at any stage during the window’s lifecycle, with no additional screws required and no unsightly frame holes left behind.
Simple push-button operation allows access to the easy-clean mode.
Available in 12”, 14” and 16” sizes.
Available in 13mm and 17mm stack heights.
Suitable for use with PVC-U and aluminium window systems.
Manufactured in Ferritic or Austenitic Stainless Steel.
