The Duration Egress Easy Clean with Restrictor combines safe restricted opening with simple easy-clean functionality in one versatile friction stay. Designed exclusively by Total Hardware, it features a patented restrictor that can be added or removed at any stage of the window’s lifecycle, without additional screws or frame holes. Suitable for PVC-U and aluminium windows, it is available in 12”, 14” and 16” sizes, in both 13mm and 17mm stack heights. Manufactured from high quality Ferritic or Austenitic stainless steel, it has been tested to industry standards including PAS 24 compliance when used with a suitable hinge protector.
- Available as a standard 84°–88° egress easy-clean friction stay, with the option to upgrade with an integrated restrictor.
- Features a unique patented restrictor design with automatic engagement, which can be released to allow full 84°–88° opening.
- Restrictor can be fitted/removed at any stage during the window’s lifecycle, with no additional screws required and no unsightly frame holes left behind.
- Simple push-button operation allows access to the easy-clean mode.
